Simple Maker started with a frustration. The apps we relied on, the ones that should have been the most pleasant tools in our lives, were often the ones that felt the worst to open. They were bloated with features that solved problems we did not have, asking too much of us in exchange for too little.

For a long time we accepted that as the cost of using software. Then it became less obvious why it had to be.

So we started building. Each app begins with the same question: what would the better version of this look like if someone bothered to build it? Then we cut everything that does not help answer it. Fewer settings, fewer choices, fewer steps. Less in the way of the work you came to do.

That is what Simple Maker is for.
